I moved , and the
fridge seems cold, had some pepsi in it, and that felt cold, then I got more stuff, a lot of stuff, and well, my sliced cheese is kinda melted, so I measured the temperature of the pepsi and the inside of the
fridge, it is 50 degrees F. I have sliced cheeses, cheddar, pepperjack, american, swiss, (packaged feta). Brick cheese, I have sealed whipped cream cheeses, you know, the flavored ones, eggs, turkey lunch meat, orange juice, ground beef, pepper steak, hummus, bacon, feta & cucumber dip,then veggies. So, what is safe and what should I get in the freezer, it has been in their about 12 hours.. I know the food safety zone is 40 - 120 degrees, just seeing if anything is good as far as preservatives.
